reg 14New regulation 37A

In the principal Regulations, after regulation 37, insert —“Change in situation of associate37A. Where a change of a kind specified by the Authority in writing given to a licensed international market agent takes place in a situation existing in relation to an associate of the licensed international market agent, the licensed international market agent must notify the Authority in writing of the change within 14 days after the licensed international market agent becomes aware of the change or such longer period as the Authority may allow in any particular case.”.
