6. Amendment of regulation 11

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 11, replace paragraph (3) with —“(3) Any person (not being an international market licensee) who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be punished on conviction with a fine not exceeding $10,000.

Any international market licensee who contravenes paragraph (1) or (2) shall be liable to disciplinary action under regulation 42.”.
