Regulation 3
Prescribed form of payment or rebate for casino marketing arrangements
Any form of payment or rebate, monetary or otherwise, referred to in paragraph (c) of the definition of “casino marketing arrangement” in section 2(1) of the Act, shall be that as is specified in the First Schedule.
