Regulation 44
Return of licence on suspension or cancellation
Subregulation 1
If an international market agent licence or international market agent representative licence is suspended or cancelled, the international market licensee concerned shall return his or its international market agent licence or international market agent representative licence to the Authority immediately after the suspension or cancellation takes effect, or within such other period as the Authority may specify by notice in writing to the international market licensee.
Subregulation 2
Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
