Production of licence or identification pass to inspector
Subregulation 1
An inspector may by direction stop any person who is, or who reasonably appears to the inspector to be, organising, promoting or conducting a casino marketing arrangement, from performing that function if, on demand of the inspector ––
the person fails to produce a valid international market agent licence or valid international market agent representative licence or identification pass for that casino; or
in the absence of such documents, the person is unable to produce evidence that he is a licensed international market agent or licensed international market agent representative.
Subregulation 2
Any person who fails to comply with a direction of an inspector to stop performing the function of an international market agent or international market agent representative under paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
