These Regulations are the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 21 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 2

In the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 87/2010), in regulation 2 —

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “16(3),”, insert “48(3), 60(6),”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), delete “83(3), 95(2),”;

(c)

in paragraph (a), replace “170D” with “170D(1)”;

(d)

after paragraph (ab), insert —“(ac)any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 83(3) of the Act as in force immediately before 21 September 2026;”;

(e)

after paragraph (b), insert —“(c)any offence under regulation 10(3) of the Casino Control (Licensing of Special Employees) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 415/2009);”;

(f)

renumber the existing paragraph (c) as paragraph (ca); and

(g)

in paragraph (f), replace “any offence (other than a continuing offence) under regulation 9(4), 11(3), 17(3), 18(4) or 44(2)” with “any offence under regulation 9(4) or 11(3)”.
