reg 5Replacement of regulation 5B

In the principal Regulations, replace regulation 5B with —“Use of credit by licensed international market agent, etc.5B. A licensed international market agent, an associate of a licensed international market agent or a licensed international market agent representative must not use any credit provided by a casino operator under section 108(7)(c) of the Act for the purposes of casino gambling on his or her own account, unless he or she complies with all the requirements relating to credit applicable to him or her as a patron under the Act, these Regulations, the Casino Control (Casino Marketing Arrangements) Regulations 2013 and the Casino Control (Internal Controls) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 59/2013).”.
