—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a patron of a casino who qualified as a premium player of the casino and, immediately before 21 September 2026, remained as such under regulation 4(1), (2), (3) or (4) of the principal Regulations as in force immediately before that date, retains his or her qualification as a premium player until the date that he or she would have ceased to qualify as a premium player under regulation 4(5) of the principal Regulations as in force immediately before that date.(2) However, regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (as replaced by regulation 3) applies to or in relation to a patron mentioned in paragraph (1) on or after 21 September 2026.

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), a patron of a casino who qualified as a premium player of the casino and, immediately before 21 September 2026, remained as such under regulation 4(1), (2), (3) or (4) of the principal Regulations as in force immediately before that date, retains his or her qualification as a premium player until the date that he or she would have ceased to qualify as a premium player under regulation 4(5) of the principal Regulations as in force immediately before that date.
