reg 9Amendment of regulation 14

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 14(1) —

(a)

replace sub‑paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) with —“(a)wilfully, recklessly or negligently treats a patron as a premium player where the patron —

(i)

is not qualified as a premium player under regulation 3B;

(ii)

has not retained the patron’s qualification as a premium player under regulation 3C(1), (2), (4) or (5);

(iii)

has ceased to be a premium player under regulation 3C(3) or (6); or

(iv)

is disqualified under regulation 4(1);”; and

(b)

in sub‑paragraph (h), replace “regulation 5(1), 6, 7” with “regulation 2E(c) or (d), 4(4), 5(1), 6”.
