These Regulations are the Casino Control (Evaluation Panel) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 3

In the Casino Control (Evaluation Panel) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 806/2014), in regulation 3(10), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
