This Order is the Casino Control (Exemption from Exclusion from Casino) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 21 September 2026.
In the Casino Control (Exemption from Exclusion from Casino) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 82/2013), in paragraph 1, replace “from Casino” with “from Casino, etc.”.
In the Casino Control (Exemption from Exclusion from Casino) Order 2013, replace paragraphs 2 and 3 with —“Exemption of person on legal aid who is not citizen or permanent resident
2. Section 165A(3) of the Act does not apply to a person mentioned in section 165A(1)(a) of the Act who —
is on the legal aid scheme under the International Child Abduction Act 2010; and
is not a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.”.
