5. Termination of exemption

The exemption in paragraph 3 shall continue until —

(a)

the Authority approves under section 170B of the Act, the casino operator’s responsible gambling programme for its casino submitted under paragraph 4; or

(b)

1st January 2014,whichever occurs first.
