In the principal Regulations, in regulation 24K —(a)in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)fails to comply with any condition imposed by the Authority under regulation 24B(1) or 28(1)(c);”;(b)in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)fails to comply with a written notice issued under regulation 24E(2);”;(c)in paragraph (1)(e), delete “or” at the end;(d)in paragraph (1)(f), replace the comma at the end with “; or”;(e)in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (f), insert —“(g)fails to comply with any condition of a waiver imposed by the Authority under regulation 28(1)(b) or 29(4)(b),”;(f)after paragraph (1), insert —“(1A) The Authority may, in its discretion, cancel its approval of any approved test service provider which has had no business dealings with any approved manufacturer or casino operator for a continuous period of 3 years or more.”;(g)in paragraph (2), after “paragraph (1)”, insert “or (1A)”; and(h)after paragraph (6), insert —“(7) The Authority may lift the suspension of its approval if it is satisfied that corrective action has been duly taken by the approved test service provider.”.

reg 25Amendment of regulation 24K

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 24K —

(a)

in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)fails to comply with any condition imposed by the Authority under regulation 24B(1) or 28(1)(c);”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)fails to comply with a written notice issued under regulation 24E(2);”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(e), delete “or” at the end;

(d)

in paragraph (1)(f), replace the comma at the end with “; or”;

(e)

in paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (f), insert —“(g)fails to comply with any condition of a waiver imposed by the Authority under regulation 28(1)(b) or 29(4)(b),”;

(f)

after paragraph (1), insert —“(1A) The Authority may, in its discretion, cancel its approval of any approved test service provider which has had no business dealings with any approved manufacturer or casino operator for a continuous period of 3 years or more.”;

(g)
