In the principal Regulations, in regulation 24D —(a)in paragraph (1)(a), replace “the event has occurred” with “becoming aware that the event has occurred or such longer period as the Authority may allow in any particular case”;(b)in paragraph (2)(c), replace “codes of practice, performance standards or other requirements” with “code, standard of performance, specification or requirement”;(c)in paragraph (2)(e), replace “notice, order or legal process” with “document to be served in proceedings in court”;(d)in paragraph (2)(g), replace “permit” with “allow”;(e)in paragraph (2)(g), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and(f)in paragraph (2), after sub‑paragraph (g), insert —“(h)when requested to do so by written notice given by the Authority, provide to the Authority, within the period specified in the notice, such information or document in such form and manner requested which —(i)relates to any matter in the Fourth Schedule as it applies to any person mentioned in regulation 24H(1); and(ii)is relevant to be considered by the Authority for the purposes of a determination mentioned in regulation 24H(1) of the approved test service provider’s suitability to continue as an approved test service provider.”.

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 24D —

(a)

(e)

(f)
