In the principal Regulations, in Part II, after Division 1, insert —“Division 1A — Authorised suppliersNotification of use of supplier by approved manufacturer10A. For the purposes of section 103A(4)(c) of the Act, every notification under that provision by an approved manufacturer to the Authority must be —(a)made in the form and manner as the Authority may specify; and(b)accompanied by any information or document in relation to the supplier that the Authority may require.Notification of cessation of use of authorised supplier10B.—(1) If an approved manufacturer ceases to use an authorised supplier to supply gaming machines or gaming programs of the approved manufacturer, the approved manufacturer must notify the Authority of the cessation within 14 days after the cessation.(2) The notification mentioned in paragraph (1) must be —(a)made in the form and manner as the Authority may specify; and(b)accompanied by any information or document in relation to the cessation that the Authority may require.”.
