In the principal Regulations, in regulation 9(2) —

(a)

replace “shall comprise the following documents:” with “required under paragraph (1) shall comprise all of the following:”;

(b)

in sub‑paragraph (a), replace “prescribed” with “required”;

(c)

in sub‑paragraph (c)(ii), delete “and” at the end; and

(d)

in sub‑paragraph (d), after “such other documents”, insert “or information”.
