5. Amendment of regulation 10

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 10 —

after paragraph (1), insert —“(1A) A submission to the Authority for approval of a proposed change to the approved internal controls required under paragraph (1) must comprise all of the following:

a description of the proposed change to the approved internal controls in the form required by the Internal Controls Code for Casino Operators or the Internal Controls Code for International Market Agents, as the case may be;

a statement by the Board of Directors of the licensee that the proposed change to the approved internal controls satisfies the internal controls requirements amended by the Authority and applicable to the licensee;

a statement by an independent officer of the licensee that ––

the proposed change to the approved internal controls satisfies the internal controls requirements amended by the Authority and applicable to the licensee; and

the licensee has adequate systems and processes in place to implement the proposed change;

such other documents or information as the Authority may require in that particular case to determine whether the proposed change to the approved internal controls satisfies the internal controls requirements amended by the Authority and applicable to the licensee.”;

in paragraph (6), replace “the following documents” with “all of the following”;

in paragraph (6)(b)(ii), delete “and” at the end; and

in paragraph (7), replace “paragraph (6)(a), (b) and (c)” with “paragraph (1A) or (6)”.
