This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control (Main Shareholder — Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd.) Notification 2010.

The Minister hereby designates Las Vegas Sands Corp., a company incorporated in Nevada, United States of America, as the main shareholder of the casino operator, Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. for the purposes of section 42 of the Act.
