reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Casino Control (Maximum Gaming Area) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 21 September 2026.

reg 2Definitions

In this Order —“casino premises” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Casino Control (Casino Layout) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 430/2009);“gaming area” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Casino Control (Casino Layout) Regulations 2009.

“gaming area” has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Casino Control (Casino Layout) Regulations 2009.

reg 3Maximum gaming area

The aggregate of all the gaming areas within any casino premises must not exceed —

(a)

for the casino operated by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. — 16,000 square metres; and

(b)

for the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. — 15,000 square metres.
