reg 7Prescribed value of contract

For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of “notifiable contract” in section 72(1) of the Act, the prescribed value is $500,000 or its equivalent in a foreign currency, computed in accordance with regulation 4, even if the value of any single contract does not exceed $500,000.
