—(1) The prescribed classes of notifiable contracts in respect of which a casino operator must give the written notice required under section 74(1)(a) of the Act are set out in the first and second columns of Part 1 of the Second Schedule.(2) The written notice must be given no later than the 20th day of the month immediately following the month in which a prescribed notifiable contract was entered into or varied, as the case may be.(3) The written notice must provide —(a)the particulars of the contract or variation, together with any supporting documents, in the form and manner specified by the Authority by prior written notice; and(b)any other information or documents that the Authority may require in any particular case by prior written notice.

(1)

The prescribed classes of notifiable contracts in respect of which a casino operator must give the written notice required under section 74(1)(a) of the Act are set out in the first and second columns of Part 1 of the Second Schedule.

(2)

The written notice must be given no later than the 20th day of the month immediately following the month in which a prescribed notifiable contract was entered into or varied, as the case may be.

(3)

The written notice must provide —

(a)

the particulars of the contract or variation, together with any supporting documents, in the form and manner specified by the Authority by prior written notice; and

(b)

any other information or documents that the Authority may require in any particular case by prior written notice.
