In this Schedule —“new vendor” —(a)in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract, means a vendor whose particulars have not been submitted in any notice previously given by the casino operator to the Authority under —(i)Part II of the revoked Regulations; or(ii)Part 2 of these Regulations in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract; and (b)in relation to a Class 2 notifiable contract, means a vendor whose particulars have not been submitted in any notice previously given by the casino operator to the Authority under — (i)Part II or III of the revoked Regulations; or(ii)Part 2 of these Regulations in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract or Class 2 notifiable contract.

(a)

that relates wholly or partly to any matter prescribed in the First Schedule; or

(b)

that exceeds the prescribed value specified in regulation 7 and relates wholly or partly to the supply of goods or services for the operations of the casino.2.Class 2A Class 2 notifiable contract is any contract between a casino operator and a new vendor that relates wholly or partly to the supply of goods or services for the operations of the casino, but is not a Class 1 notifiable contract.Part 2definitions

1. In this Schedule —“new vendor” —

(a)

in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract, means a vendor whose particulars have not been submitted in any notice previously given by the casino operator to the Authority under —

(i)

Part II of the revoked Regulations; or

(ii)

Part 2 of these Regulations in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract; and (b)in relation to a Class 2 notifiable contract, means a vendor whose particulars have not been submitted in any notice previously given by the casino operator to the Authority under —

(i)

Part II or III of the revoked Regulations; or

(ii)

Part 2 of these Regulations in relation to a Class 1 notifiable contract or Class 2 notifiable contract.
