Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 8th February 2010.

Casino Control (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2010 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CCA-S65-2010 2006, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2006.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 8th February 2010.
Prescribed offences
An offence under any of the following provisions of the Act is an offence for which a suspected person may be detained under section 180(1) of the Act:
section 125(2);
section 132(2).
