21. Disciplinary action against casino operator

A casino operator is liable to disciplinary action under section 54 of the Act if the casino operator fails to comply with —
(a)
regulation 3(3) or (5), 16(a), (b) or (c), 17(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7), 18, 19(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) or (8) or 20(1) or (2); or
(b)
any requirement in Part III.
