reg 31Membership of Committee of Assessors which makes or extends provisional family exclusion order

The Committee of Assessors which determines an application for a family exclusion order under section 158 of the Act need not comprise the same members as the Committee which makes or extends a provisional family exclusion order under section 164 of the Act, if any.
