A Committee of Assessors constituted for the purpose of determining an application for a family exclusion order or family visit limit or making a third party exclusion order or third party visit limit must not —

(a)

consider the application;

(b)

make any such exclusion order or visit limit; or

(c)

consider any other application, or make any other determination, relating to a family exclusion order, provisional family exclusion order, family visit limit, third party exclusion order or third party visit limit,unless all its members are present.
