—(1) A meeting of a review committee may be held —(a)by all of the members of the review committee, being assembled together at the time and place appointed for the meeting under paragraph (2); or(b)by the means of live two‑way interactive audiovisual (or audio) communications appointed for the meeting under paragraph (2), provided that —(i)the review committee resolves that the meeting, or that all its meetings, may be held by such means;(ii)all of the members of the review committee have access to the technology needed to participate in the meeting; and(iii)all of the members of the review committee can simultaneously communicate with each other throughout the meeting.(2) The chairperson of the review committee must appoint —(a)the times at which; and(b)the places at which or the means (subject to paragraph (1)(b)) by which,the meetings of the review committee are to be held.(3) The secretary must cause notice of those meetings to be given to each member of the review committee not present when the appointment is made.(4) For the purposes of this Part, a member of a review committee participating in a meeting as permitted under paragraph (1)(b)(i) is taken to be present at the meeting of the committee.

(1)
