The Council may appoint one or more committees under section 155(8) of the Act each as a review committee for the purposes of performing all or any of the following functions or powers of the Council:

(a)

to grant permission under section 160(a) or (b)(ii) of the Act;

(b)

to grant permission under section 161(a) of the Act;

(c)

to decide any appeal under section 165(10) of the Act;

(d)

to grant permission under section 166(2) of the Act;

(e)

to decide any application for variation or revocation under section 166(1) of the Act;

(f)

to revoke any self‑exclusion and impose any condition under section 165AA of the Act;

(g)

to revoke any voluntary visit limit and impose any condition under section 165B of the Act.
