12. Composition of review committee

(1)

A review committee must consist of an odd number of members (including its chairperson).

(2)

Subject to paragraph (3), a review committee must consist of at least 3 members (including its chairperson).

(3)

For the purposes of section 155(8A) of the Act, the minimum prescribed number of Council members for a review committee appointed to decide an appeal is 5.
