—(1) The Authority may refuse any request for review —(a)that is not made in accordance with section 184(2) or (3) of the Act; or(b)if the applicant fails to provide any information required by the Authority in the manner or within the period specified by the Authority under section 184(4) of the Act.(2) A request for review must be accompanied by any documents or information supporting the grounds on which the request is made. (3) The Authority may disregard any other information that was submitted to the Authority after the time delimited by section 184(2) of the Act or after the expiry of the time limit for the giving of the information specified by the Authority under section 184(4) of the Act, as the case may be.

(1)

The Authority may refuse any request for review —

(a)

that is not made in accordance with section 184(2) or (3) of the Act; or

(b)

if the applicant fails to provide any information required by the Authority in the manner or within the period specified by the Authority under section 184(4) of the Act.

A request for review must be accompanied by any documents or information supporting the grounds on which the request is made. (3) The Authority may disregard any other information that was submitted to the Authority after the time delimited by section 184(2) of the Act or after the expiry of the time limit for the giving of the information specified by the Authority under section 184(4) of the Act, as the case may be.

Subregulation 1

The Authority may refuse any request for review —
