7. Withdrawal of reconsideration application at any time
Feedback & supportAn applicant may withdraw the applicant’s reconsideration application at any time before the Commissioner of Police makes a decision under section 122(4) of the Act in respect of the application; and the applicant is then treated as not having made any reconsideration application.
