Section 67

Proceedings in respect of any offence under the provisions of this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by any officer authorised in writing in that behalf by the Chairperson of the Board.

Without limiting subsection (1), proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act, in relation to a withdrawal of moneys from the medisave account under section 16B or 16C or any regulations made under section 77(1) in relation to such withdrawal, may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by any public officer authorised in writing by the Minister charged with the responsibility for health to conduct such proceedings.
