Amendment of section 6
Section 6(4B) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)at such intervals, and on the whole or such part of the following amounts at such time, as the Board may determine:
(i)
the amount standing to the credit of the member in the Fund; and
(ii)
the aggregate of —
(A)
the amount of any premium paid by the member under section 27L; and
(B)
the interest that would have been payable thereon, if that amount had been standing to the credit of the member in his retirement account; and”.
