Amendment of section 13A
Section 13A of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Any power to register, license or maintain the particulars of any person, or to grant an application for, or to renew or reinstate, any registration, licence, certificate or permit, under any Act specified in the Third Schedule shall include a power to impose conditions relating to the payment of contributions into the Fund, pursuant to any regulations made under section 77(1)(e), such contributions to be credited —
to the medisave account of the person, applicant, registrant, licensee or holder of the certificate or permit, as the case may be; or
as otherwise provided under section 13(4).”.
