The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 13C, the following section:“Limits on aggregated contributions13D. The aggregate of such amounts contributed to the Fund by or for a person as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 77(1) must not, in any year, exceed such sum as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 77(1).”.
