Clause 39

Amendment of section 77

Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (ii) of paragraph (e);

(b)

by renumbering the existing paragraph (g) as paragraph (fa);

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (fa), the following paragraph:“(fb)for the purposes of section 13B, including requiring or permitting the Board to refuse to credit any voluntary contribution made under section 13B(1) in prescribed circumstances;”; and

(d)

by inserting, immediately before paragraph (ga), the following paragraph:“(g)for the purposes of section 13D, including the contributions to be aggregated and the sum mentioned in that section or the manner of computation of that sum;”.
