Clause 10

Amendment of section 27H

In the principal Act, in section 27H —

(a)

in paragraph (a), replace “scheme in accordance with any regulations made under section 77(1)(n) (called in this section the relevant regulations)” with “CPF investment scheme”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (d) and (e)(ii), replace “relevant regulations” with “scheme”.
