Amendment of regulation 13C

Regulation 7
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 13C —
(a)
in paragraph (3), replace “and 21D” with “, 21D and 21E”; and
(b)
in paragraph (4)(a), replace sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) with —“(i)for the patient’s earlier course of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation —
(A)
24 sessions, if the patient has received 24 or more sessions of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in that course before 1 June 2026; or
(B)
30 sessions, in any other case;
(ii)
for the patient’s subsequent course of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation — 30 sessions; and”.
