Regulation 4
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 5(1)(a) —
(a)
in sub-paragraph (ii)(B)(BB)(III), delete “or” at the end;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (iii), after “radiosurgery treatment”, insert “that started before 1 June 2026”;
(c)
in sub-paragraph (iii)(B), insert “or” at the end; and
(d)
after sub-paragraph (iii), insert —“(iv)in a case involving radiosurgery treatment that started on or after 1 June 2026, the amount that may be withdrawn under sub‑paragraph (i) or (ii), as the case may be;”.
