in paragraph (1), in the definition of “applicable property charge” (as amended by regulation 3), in paragraph (b), replace “section 27D(1)(j)(i)” with “section 21C(2), 21D(1) or 27D(1)(j)(i)”;

in paragraph (3)(c)(ii), after “from the member’s retirement account”, insert “for any of the purposes”; and

in paragraph (8)(d)(i), after “from the applicable member’s retirement account”, insert “for any of the purposes”.
