4. Officials of Board

The Board shall elect a President, a Treasurer and a Secretary and may elect such other officials as it may consider necessary, all of whom shall be from among the members of the Board except that no member of the Board shall hold office as a Treasurer for more than 2 years consecutively.

The persons so elected under subsection (1) are in this Act referred to as officials of the Board.
