Section 23
A person guilty of disobedience —
(a)
to an order of the Commissioner under section 14 or 15 requiring a transfer of property or payment to be called for or made; or
(b)
to an order of the Commissioner requiring a default under this Act to be made good,may on the application of the Commissioner to the High Court be dealt with as for disobedience to an order of the High Court.
