Clause 20

The Charities Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 47, the following section:“Prosecution of offences47A. Proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder may be conducted by any public officer who is authorised to conduct such proceedings by the Commissioner with the consent of the Attorney-General.”.
