Citation and commencement
This Order is the Charities (Exempt Charities) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 January 2027.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order (O 2), in the Schedule —
in Part I, replace item (9) with —“(9) Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus (Primary).”; and
in Part II, replace item (4) with —“(4) Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus (Secondary).”.
