Clause 5

The principal Act is amended by deleting the word “Director” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Director-General”:Sections 2(1) (paragraph (a) of the definition of “authorised officer”), 9(1) to (4) and (5), 10(2), 11(1)(b), 12(1)(a) and (c), 13(1), (2), (3) and (5) and the section heading, 16(2), 18(3), 19(1) and (2), 20, 22(1) and (3), 30(1) and 33(2)(a)(i) and (b).
