Section 22

The Director‑General or a protector may, during or after any inquiry referred to in section 9, 18 or 21, arrest or cause to be arrested any person reasonably believed to have committed an offence under section 6, 8, 16 or 17 and seize and detain any article or document which he or she may have reason to believe relates to the offence.[18
