Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Children and Young Persons (Government Homes) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Deletion of regulations 15, 16, 18 and 26
In the Children and Young Persons (Government Homes) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 415/2011), delete regulations 15, 16, 18 and 26.
Amendment of regulation 27
In the Children and Young Persons (Government Homes) Regulations 2011, in regulation 27, after “special leave”, insert “granted under regulation 3 or 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Leave and Visits) Regulations 2026 (G.N. No. S 458/2026)”.
