Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Juvenile Rehabilitation Centres and Places of Safety) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2012.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Juvenile Rehabilitation Centres and Places of Safety) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2012.
Juvenile rehabilitation centres and places of safety
The following juvenile rehabilitation centres and places of safety are hereby established for the purposes of the Act:
Singapore Boys’ Home for the reception of male persons;
Singapore Girls’ Home for the reception of female persons.
Revocation
The following Orders are revoked:
the Children and Young Persons (Approved Schools and Approved Homes) Order 1999 (G.N. No. S 536/99); and
the Children and Young Persons (Approved School and Approved Home) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 206/2006).
