Regulation 4
Vice Chairperson
Subregulation 1
The Chairperson of the Review Board shall appoint a Vice Chairperson from among the members of the Review Board.
Subregulation 2
In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Review Board and shall have and may exercise all the powers, functions and duties of the Chairperson under these Regulations.
