of Children and Young Persons (Review Board) Regulations 2011
Regulation 5
Secretary
The Minister shall appoint a secretary to the Review Board, except that the person appointed shall not —
(a)
be a member of the Review Board; and
(b)
vote at any proceedings of the Review Board.
